Joe Lindvall
President & CEO

Joe isn’t your typical President and CEO. He’s a head-first down-the-slide kind of guy that loves building quality pools for his customers.
For more than 30 years, Joe has created thousands of outdoor paradise pools for his clients. His experience gives him insight and understanding into best practices and he’s the go-to guy when there are problems to be solved or customer concerns.
Joe knows that Northern California families entrusting his team to build the perfect pool for them is a privilege. His dedication to quality means that every Sundance Pools customer is satisfied.
When you meet Joe you’ll quickly realize he’s one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet. But, when it comes to his free time he plays just as hard. Joe loves golfing and being outdoors—on a quad in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
Melissa DaRe

Melissa has been helping Sundance Pool customers understand the construction stages of the pool building process for the past 4 years and she’s the driving force that keeps the Sundance pool team on track with each and every build.
If there is one thing that motivates Melissa it’s the joy of knowing that when that last bit of construction is finished and the new beautiful pool is getting filled with water she’s helped another Northern California family‘s dreams come true with a backyard oasis where they can spend time together.
Family is what is at the heart of what Melissa does and why she loves her work. In her free time, you’ll find her surrounded by her kids and grandkids making memories of her own.
William Hernandez

William has been supporting the plumbing of Sundance Pools for over 20 years. He’s methodical and meticulous in the work he does for Sundance clients.
That precision may be why he identifies as being a geometric pool more than a freeform. He also prefers going down a slide with his feet first. We know we can always count on William to bring his best work to every build.
Rigo Rodriguez

Rigo brings over 20 years of skills and experience to every client of Sundance Pools.
He’s not afraid of hard work but doesn’t mind taking time off to relax, either. Rigo’s “wilder” side will send him head first down the pool slide and he hopes it will eventually lead him to retirement back in his hometown in Mexico. Then he will build a home and pool in his backyard.
Jose Orozco
Apprentice Journeyman
“I enjoy every aspect of building a pool. I suppose if I had to choose my favorite part it might be testing the final pool build for our clients by going backward down the slide!”
For the past 5 years, Jose has been helping Rigo as an Apprentice Journeyman.
He continues to grow in experience and skills with each build Sundance Pools completes.
Jose works hard, but when it’s time to go home he’s excited to spend time with his family and enjoys playing with his two-year-old son.

When Sundance clients meet Randy they are struck by how easily he captures their vision and brings it to life.
With 25 years of building and design experience, Randy can pinpoint the motivations of his clients so that they get a pool that exceeds their expectations every single time.
Randy designs pools knowing that they make a backyard come alive and offer fun, relaxation, exercise, and status for every customer.
Randy is also the guy doing flips after jumping head-first down the slide on his way into the pool. He’s that rare combination of a professional and master designer, creative thinker, and all-around fun guy that puts clients at ease and lets them know Sundance Pools was the right choice.
